Certification“Light-Sport Aircraft”

Aircraft Certification (AIR) has developed:

• New certification requirements in part 21 to certificate the existing ultralight vehicles currently operating under 14 CFR part 103.

• New certification requirements in part 21 for the new “light-sport aircraft’ that will be built in the future.
