The United States Ultralight Association is pleased to announce the appointment of Dale Hooper to the position of Executive Vice President, effective November 1, 2003. In that position, he is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Association. During the past 14 years Dale has worked for USUA, he is familiar with the details of its administration and daily operations.

Most people who have called USUA are familiar with Dale's greeting when he answers the telephone: "USUA, Dale speaking."

We strongly believe that he will meet the challenges of this position with the same ability and confidence he has always shown.
